Rainbow Sky Cottage - Ella

The staff at the hotel were amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They helped us arrange transportation for our business meetings and were always available to answer any questions we had. The location of the hotel was also perfect for our needs, as it was close to the city center and had easy access to public transportation. Additionally, the breakfast provided by the hotel was delicious and provided us with the energy we needed for our busy work days.

The rooms at the hotel were a bit dated and could use some renovations. The furniture was old and worn out, and the bathroom facilities were not up to standard.

The hosts at Rainbow Sky Cottage were attentive and were really good too ensure our comfort. When we encountered a slight issue with our room, they immediately provided us with a new room and even provided incense and air freshener to make our stay more enjoyable. The son of the family was helpful in arranging transportation and tours for us at affordable prices, even helping us find a taxi in a different part of the country. The location, slightly outside of Ella, offered a peaceful retreat surrounded by nature. We loved the shortcut along the railway tracks that allowed us to easily reach Ella city within a 10-15 minute walk.

The view from Rainbow Sky Cottage is absolutely breathtaking, especially when waking up to the sunrise. The hospitality of the family is outstanding, they assist with getting around, scooter rentals, and bus timetables. The breakfast provided is large and delicious, and we also enjoyed a lovely dinner during our stay. The room was tidy and had everything we needed. for the price we paid, it will be hard to find a nicer property in the area.

Pro: Stayed at a beautiful 3-star guesthouse with mountain views. Enjoyed amenities like ziplining and cycling. Hot tub and fireplace in the room were a standout. Free daily manager's reception was a bonus. Con: Just loved getting lost in the dark trying to find the place. Super fun!

I always stay at this wonderful place. The staff even helped me find a car service when I first came. It has everything I need, like free Wi-Fi, parking, and a shared kitchen. I love coming back here for my trips.
